We have been informed that one of the currently offline submarine cables will be repaired on August 20, but another is still offline and there is no estimated repair date, so performance may not be improved to previous performance levels for the time being.

At present, there is a fault in some international exports. We can transfer the machine for you, whether you need to back up the data.

One backup data takes hours to replace

Announcement on the cause of high network latency.
Recently, we have been attacked by malicious scan segment DDOS, because the traffic is too large, in order to maximize the user experience, we will use the bypass cleaning method, then there will be certain fluctuations in the network, and the delay will increase.
